Before you get started
When do I pay?
Connecting data and reviewing a draft close come before payment. Books is required to lock a month, post to QuickBooks, or download accounting exports. Book a call to arrange your setup.
What counts as an additional site?
A separate mining location or hosting allocation that you report on separately. Multiple wallets, exchanges or pools for the same site do not each count as another site. We confirm your setup with you before billing.
How are additional sites priced?
Your first site is included in Books: $30/month if it has fewer than 100 rigs, $100/month if it has 100 or more. Each additional site is $50/month below 100 rigs and $200/month with 100 or more. We confirm the rig count and rate when you add a site; contact us when a site's size changes.
Are there limits on mining payouts?
We do not price Books per payout or per transaction. The monthly price follows your sites, so a pool sending more frequent rewards does not increase it.
What can my accountant access?
Accountant access is free and read-only. Your accountant can review the client accounts they have been invited to. The client pays for Books; read-only access does not allow editing or posting.
Which exchanges and wallets can I connect?
Kraken connects directly. Supported on-chain wallets connect through a Bitcoin address or xpub. Other exchange activity, including River, can be imported by CSV. Imported data is not a live exchange connection.
Are payments included?
Fiat acceptance is a separate service through our US payment partners, subject to underwriting and processing fees. Contact us to confirm how it fits your mining account. Bitcoin invoicing is also available; see Payments for details.
