The right records for each client

One review process. Two kinds of income.

For a Bitcoin mining client

Match pool payouts to sites, value Bitcoin at receipt, review cost basis and disposals, and keep ASIC depreciation in the close. Mining break-even stays in dollars per Bitcoin.

For firms

Built for firms with mining and GPU clients.

Each client invites you with read-only access, and every client's books follow the same structure: the same site view, the same schedules, the same evidence labels. Accountant access is free; each client pays for their own Flash plan.

Your judgement

The tax treatment stays with you.

Flash keeps the records and the book depreciation. How a client's mining rewards, compute income, disposals and equipment are treated for tax remains your call.

What Flash brings together

One ledger. Every client. Every source.

One continuously updated ledger your clients invite you into.

Pools, compute earnings and payments, for every client.

Vast.ai earnings in early access, Kraken, Coinbase, Coinbase Prime and Gemini, Braiins Pool through a read-only API token, on-chain wallets, and files from any pool or exchange, in each client's ledger.

Invoices and receipts that agree

See actual payments, remaining balances and client credit. Clients can link their customers and sync invoices and receipts to QuickBooks, with records you can follow from Flash. USDT invoice receipts are viewable in Flash; accounting exports for these receipts are not yet available.

Cost basis and realized gains

For Bitcoin holdings, follow FIFO lots through disposals and review realized gains. Keep those calculations separate from GPU operating revenue and inspect QuickBooks export history.

Costs with the books behind them

Your client can map QuickBooks expenses to operating costs and review the site allocations before closing. The source amounts stay visible, and existing costs are kept.

Fleet and depreciation

Each client's machines on a register, with depreciation schedules and journal entries you can review before they post to QuickBooks.

Site economics

Revenue, costs and profit by site and machine group. Bitcoin mining also has its price break-even view. Every figure is labelled by where it came from.

Accounting export modes

From reported totals to the underlying transactions.

Flash retains the full ledger, with categorization, cost basis and export history available for review. Your clients continue to keep their general ledger in QuickBooks.

Review the evidence behind your client's close

Review imported and connected activity in the same place. Start with one mining or GPU client and a month of their data.
